Elements from aerobic and step are combined with classic Pilates elements.
In this programme you learn techniques to prevent back pain. You learn the right body posture with many abdomen and back exercises. Body posture and muscle tone is improved with regular training. This programme is not a substitution for physiotherapy.
Target of this practice is to improve the body coordination.
